Financial Management

  • Oversee preparation of monthly financial statements for owners, management or Boards.
  • Oversee the Company's cash management.
  • Negotiate and/or arrange for any debt financing or letter of credit with financial institutions.
  • Review and approve all bank reconciliations each month.
  • Oversee preparation of all required tax reports.
  • Oversee preparation of government census reports/other reports as needed by outside entities.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental and vendor requirements.
  • Review/provide recommendations on software/hardware for the accounting department.
  • Review and provide recommendations on all capital purchases.
  • Oversee preparation of annual budgets.
  • Assist outside auditors on year-end financial statements and tax return.

Purchasing

  • Review major vendor terms/conditions to ensure most cost effective purchasing for you.
  • Ensure proper controls are followed for all expenditures.

Human Resource Services

  • Supervise staff to maximize individual performance and the entire department in meeting goals.
  • Assist in goal setting – Individual, team, company.
  • Counsel and coach employees – individually, team, company.
  • Assist in hiring and training employees.
  • Pursue career path mapping, selection, milestone development.
